For automated monthly billing, we require a credit card on file. Alternatively, you may set up your banking information inside of our billing system to initiate ACH transactions (provided your bank is supported by our system). We support a traditional invoice/check arrangement with annual billing of the Portal Pro™ subscription service.
Our services are web-based software services that require no special software to use, and both are available immediately after completing registration. The Login button is available in the navigation bar at the top of our website.
The Free Portal™ is free! Portal Pro™ is an all-inclusive flat fee. Portal Pro+™ and Ultimate™ pricing is based on the number of individuals/entities being monitored. Contact Us for a quote!
Nope! All subscription services are designed with ease of use in mind. Once your lists of employees/vendors are in Verify Comply™ and the validations are completed, only new "hits" are flagged for review.
Yes! While lists can be edited manually, most large companies use the import/merge function available to synchronize the data. With merge, all you do is upload a fresh spreadsheet and it adds/removes employees from your list. It's super fast and easy! For additional efficiency, integrations with HR/AP platforms are also available.

Only want to monitor a few specific lists? No problem - configurable settings allow you to choose which exclusion lists to include in your scans.

Monthly, at minimum. A recent OIG Special Advisory Bulletin recommends screening monthly, and it is evident in recent Corporate Integrity Agreements issued by the OIG. Many Medicare Advantage plans also require monthly screening of First Tier, Downstream, and Related Entities (FDRs).
